Zaporizhzhia TPP

In 2019, FZ Solutions took part in the repair of an electrostatic precipitator for power unit No. 4 of DTEK Zaporozhye TPP, Energodar, Zaporozhye region, Ukraine.

In this project, we have developed design documentation, produced the precipitating and corona electrodes of the electrostatic precipitator.

Basic information on this project:

• Repair of the electrostatic precipitator behind the pulverized coal boiler TPP-312 steam capacity 1000t/h
• Coal grade "GSSH"
• Type EGMB2-50-12-6-3U
• Repair of electrostatic precipitator with complete replacement of internal equipment (precipitating and corona electrodes)

During the implementation of the project, confirmation was provided that in the event of a change in the current sanitary standards of Ukraine in the direction of reducing the maximum permissible concentration of dust in the air, our company has all the technical capabilities to reconstruct the existing electrostatic filter to reduce the concentration of dust in the exhaust gases to the required level.
