New stage of PGOK

Commencement of start-up and commissioning of the PGOK concentrate warehouse

At the Poltava Mining and Processing Plant, start-up and adjustment work has begun on the concentrate warehouse.

The works are divided into several stages. The first one is debugging the operation of the thickener, pumps, compressors and filter presses FKM 500. The second is the adjustment of feeders, conveyor equipment and a stacker, Third - start the entire volume of equipment in manual mode At the final stage - debugging of the warehouse automatic control system and launch in automatic mode.

The first and second stages have already shown good results, confirming the calculations made by the plant's specialists.

The resulting concentrate has a moisture content even lower than specified in the terms of reference for the development of the site, short filtration cycles, provision of compressed air. The thickener also provided the necessary concentration of concentrate in the pulp.

During the second and third stages, the concentrate is unloaded and transported to the closed warehouse and to the plant's pellet production shop. The work is carried out alternately by two teams of specialists from the plant.

The recently created service group of FZ Solutions is also taking part in the work, which will be engaged in servicing the concentrate warehouse after it is taken over by the processing plant of the Mining and Processing Plant.
