Flue Gas Cleaning Systems
Energomashproekt Design Bureau, in collaboration with specialists from BMZ "Progress" (www.progress.ua), supplies "Progress" electrostatic precipitators, which have proven highly effective for cleaning flue gases both from their boiler equipment and in other industrial applications.
The electrostatic precipitators provide:
- Consistent, effective capture of particles smaller than 1 µm
- Minimal electric power consumption
- Tolerance for significant deviations in operating conditions
- Preservation of the captured material in its original state
- High reliability and durability
- Possibility for further upgrades
The most common are horizontal filters with electrode heights ranging from 4 to 12 meters and inter-electrode spacing of 300 to 400 mm or more. The installation capacity ranges from several thousand to 1.5 million m³/h.
Heating Surface Cleaning System for Boiler Units
To clean the convective heating surfaces of boiler units, Energomashproekt implements projects for the installation of its own stationary soot blowers, which use either air or steam as the working medium for cleaning.
